The hotel was located in an area with damp on the walls but had a beautiful view. The rooms were spacious and provided with all the basic amenities like A/C, and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the sun loungers around the pool were comfortable.

The check-in process was not very good and took a long time.

We were impressed with the level of service provided, from the friendly and hardworking staff to the excellent room service. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center with a sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor. The facilities were well-maintained, new, and tidy. We also appreciated the reliable wifi connection that allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay.

Our Christmas vacation was very pleasant and memorable. The stunning view of the sea from the room was breathtaking, and we appreciated the spaciousness of the accommodations. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful beach nearby and plenty of amenities like pools, a sauna, and a gym right on site. The breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were also great, with a wide variety of delicious options that pleased all of the members of our party.

We had a few issues during our stay that were less satisfactory. The Wi-Fi connection in our room was often weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay in touch with family and friends who were not with us on the trip.

Our room was awesome, we had a great view of the sea and the pool. The breakfast had a lot of variety, we enjoyed eating different dishes every morning. The three pools were unbelievable, we spent the majority of our time swimming and sunbathing. The ocean was just a few steps away, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Another plus was the friendly staff, they made us feel welcome from the start.

The language barrier was an issue. Some of the staff members didn't speak English, and we had to resort to using a mix of hand gestures and broken phrases.
